Contempt theme – post title header changes color with different users?

I’m using the Contempt theme for ny new blog, which has 3 users. Whenever I post, the post title looks normal (plain black text), but when one of the other users posts, it puts a blue background behind the text of the post title. Is this because it is differentiating the different users? (I created the blog and added the other 2 as users, but we are all as administrator roles) Is there a way to turn this off, so all the posts look consistent? Thanks!

Could we have a link to the blog? We cannot help if we cannot take a look.
