  Good afternoon, I would like to know if it is possible to create a RESTRICTED site with adult content, some personal videos with sexual scenes and photographs. The site will be private, only users authorized by me will have access to the content. Thank you in advance.

  Yes, this is possible.

  In your site’s dashboard, go to Settings -> Reading and set the Site Visibility to “I would like my site to be private, visible only to myself and users I choose“.

  From there, you can also select and invite the people you want to give access.
