  Hello, I would like to start fresh and remove my content. I want to select another welcome page. How do I do that?

  To clear all your site’s contents follow this guide:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  then go to the Theme Gallery and select a new theme for your site:
  https://wordpress.com/themes/
