Content Area Background Color in Broadsheet

  Hello,

  I’m looking to modify the color of the main background area of the website (the part that is currently white – not the green background area). I’m wondering what the CSS is to do that?

  Hello Nick

  To change the main white background area add the following custom CSS. You can replace the color code #89B4DE with the color of your choice.

  http://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_colorpicker.asp is a great resource for identifing color codes.

  .container {
      background-color: #89B4DE;
  }

  To add custom CSS

  Select Appearance > Customize > CSS from your Admin Dashboard and enter the custom CSS there.

  You need to be on the WordPress.com Premium Plan for custom CSS to save.
