Content being copied in full by other wordpress website!

  The website untappedcitiesdemo.wordpress.com is copying content directly from my site, Untappedcities.com, a self-hosted WordPress blog. This is being done without attribution or credit, using similar branding and domain. Untapped Cities is wholly owned and operated by Untapped Cities, LLC and will be issuing a cease and desist order. Can you advise how this type of situation has been handled previously?
