content creation problem with my new PC: MS Office 2010 and IE9 Explorer

  I just got a new PC with MS Office 2010 and new IE9 Explorer. Since then I have not been able to add any new posts. when I write or copy something inside the box and press the save button it disappears except for the title. Any idea what I should do?
