Content disappeared.

All the content for my website, Wandervogel Diary, has disappeared. It has been confirmed by one of my users. I already sent one email to customer support, but have received no reply. Are you experiencing technical difficulties, or has my account been hacked. How can it be resolved? Please respond immediately. Thank you.

It looks like we have an issue with the theme Redoable Lite. Our developers are actively investigating this issue and should have it resolved soon. In the meantime, if you wish to do so you can change to another theme:

Regardless of how you resolve this issue, I want my site to appear the same. I have also noticed that Redoable Lite has been discontinued. Can this be done for a fee?
Also (I asked this before but never received an answer), can my content be backed up somewhere? This experience of going dark has made me extremely nervous.

The theme may be retired, but if you were using it before, you should be able to return to it later.
Your content is always backed up on our end, but you can also create an export of your site’s content and keep it on your hard drive.
