Content Disappeared from server and now I cant login to dashboard

Suddenly our site (www.mediapolicycenter.org) appears as an old version from an old server. Checked with the server and they can’t fin anything that is wrong on their end. I cannot login to the wp-admin on this old site and so I am stuck on this end not knowing what has gone wrong or even how to get in to see what is happening. My content has all just vanished.
FYI- I am not a developer.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
