content font sizing

    Hello, I have a problem where post EDITOR font setting are different to those I most recently used.

    Detail: For ages I publish in 20 px mode, both the live view and editor view reflect this.
    No problems.

    Recently though, my editor opens in something closer to 10 or 12 px – the published view remains at 20 px.

    I have checked with site editor > paragraph > font sizes, font is set at 20, I adjusted to 40, saved, viewed live and text is 40, yet editor is still small.

    Have since rest back to 20 px.

    My question is, how can I set the editor font size please – just the editor, display font is perfect.

    I’ve checked this on a couple of other browsers, using Linux Mint and the issue is identical.

    Sorry, can’t figure out how to edit the above.

    I thought I could bypass the issue by replicating a past post, which worked, for about 3 seconds.

    It opened exactly as expected, but a few seconds later all styles were cleared and I was back to 12 px font. So it is something in my global settings, but, I have, using site editor, checked them 3 times and everything there is how it should be.
