  I want to delete all content from this site and apply a new theme.

  Hi,

  You can follow the steps detailed in this post.

  Basically, in your WordPress editor, select “Pages” or “Posts”. On the top right there should be a button called “View”, make sure that “Classic View” is selected. Select the checkbox above or below all the pages/posts is next to the word “Title”. (This should select all of your pages/posts) Then click on “Bulk actions” and “Move to Trash”. Remember to switch back to your preferred view “Classic” vs “Default”.

  To install a new theme click on “Appearance” on the left menu, “Themes” should be automatically selected and you should be able to choose install your preferred theme. More info here :)
