  Hi there
  I had purchased a domain and created a website with you and i understand that my subscription was not renewed but now ALL my content is gone…
  Where did it all go? Can you please give me access to my months of hard work?

  I don’t see any history of transactions, billing, or even sites on your account. In fact, this account was just registered today.

  What was the URL of the site you lost?

  I had a site with you for over 8 years. I was setup for premium but went back to the free site since I wasn’t using the premium functions. All of a sudden my site and all my hard work is gone. Can someone please tell me how and why this happened and why I was not notified? Thanks.

  It’s under another account, so if you’ll log out and log in as the correct user, you can manage that site.

  I don’t understand what you mean. I only have 1 account with you and the login is the one I used to get to this forum. Is there someone I can speak to directly since we are unable to discuss logins and passwords on this forum? Are you saying that my logins are being used by another party?

  https://becomingadiamondmind.wordpress.com/ does not belong to the diamondmindsllc account you’re using to post here, but you are an admin on that site, and you should be able to edit it by going to My Site ->Switch Sites.

  The domain that used to be connected to that site, diamondmindsllc.org, belonged to another account, the one that actually owns that site, and that domain expired in January, so it no longer exists.
