Content gone

    Hi, I was working on this website and all the content that I have created is gone, nearly 30 articles and the website reverted to its old form. This happened after my free trial ended, I understand the site appearance changing because themes are not supported in the free version, I just want to know why my posts are gone and is it possible to get the back, if I upgrade to the creator plan will everything go back to the way I had it?

    Apologies for not seeing your request sooner. Yes we can revert your site to our standard hosting (vs. the managed hosting under our Creator plan) which will remove any 3rd party plugins and themes you have installed on your site.

    Before we proceed I do want to be sure that I confirm this could lead to some changes to your site. The appearance would change since OceanWP will be removed upon revert, but you seem to be aware of this. One other primary issue is that any content created in Elementor will show code (markup Elementor adds to control layout) when the plugin is removed. Unfortunately you need to continue to use Elementor in order to preserve that content. You can judge the effect this will have by deactivating Elementor. It may be the case that you do not need to retain this content (since I am unable to see how much of your site is created in this alternative editor) but if you are ready to proceed please let us know!
