Content I posted on my blog has vanished
-
I posted an item on my blog several days ago. Yesterday, I added content to it – and repeatedly saved it – but today when I went back to visit it, nothing has been changed. Everything I entered yesterday apparently has been lost and WordPress stats show I didn’t do anything yesterday. (Not only that, but the stats are showing the date as tomorrow’s date.) I Where did this stuff go? Is it still there somewhere? Is it possible to recover it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can try this…
http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-revisions/
It used to work well, but seems a little more involved now… or, last time I used it.. but it did still work to recover my work at least.

Thank you, sonsothunder! This looks like what I need. It makes sense that they would save a number of revisions, although I’m having trouble finding a Publish module or a Revisions link right now.

Well, it’s been a while for me… and I think it was different before, but, now, if you still have “Any” saved draft, or part of the post, you have to hit edit.. then it should show up in the right hand column close to where it would say “Publish” or save draft ( if memory serves) but, I seem to recall mine was missing and I either googled missing “revisions” in wordpress.com… or surfed around here on the Forum keying words like Revisions etc.. you may be able to find it.. also there’s a Google Saved Cache in some cases… ( you,ll have to google that for sure) or, I’ll try and find the link on here… it sometimes can recover a “completely” deleted posts etc.

If you can’t locate and recovery it in “revisions” try this:

Thank you for your persistence, sonsofthunder. I think there must either be a setting I need to change or perhaps the interface has changed sufficiently that it is, as you say more involved now. In any case, I am going to have to revisit this another day. Many thanks again for your help.
