Content Locker/Social Locker
-
Hi!
I have one simple question.
Can i have on my blog on wordpress.com, something like Social Locker?
Thanks for help :>

No you cannot install any plugins like social locker that ask visitors “to pay” for your content with a tweet, plus one, or a like. Original content that cannot be found elsewhere is what people will share of their own volition. In my opinion anyone who would uses bribes like social locker needs to find another hobby because their content must suck to do that and that’s not to mention their lack of ethics.
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/See here for a full comparison WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and or any third party themes on blogs hosted by WordPress.COM like yours.
If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

Yes, it’s possible. There’s a jQuery version of the Social Locker plugin:
http://codecanyon.net/item/social-locker-for-jquery/3408941You will need only to find any free host to upload the plugin files (e.g. Dropbox). Then, by following the instruction which comes with the plugin, you can add a locker to a particular post.
For more details, please contact the Social Locker support.

No, it’s not possible. Don’t listen to him because he clearly does not know how WordPress.com works, and he didn’t read TT’s response, which is correct.

Sorry, yes, you’re right. Just tested it. It seems wordperss.com cuts all the scripts inside the messages.

Yes, it does. No javascript, no plugins, no iframes, etc, etc. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are very different.
