  Hi. I request that you support us to export our content as all the exports with have done from the links sent by your team/the platform has no files inside after uploading it to our new host platform.

  Hi @imagesalone,

  To export your content from WordPress.com, please go to Tools → Export, as outlined here: https://wordpress.com/support/export/#exporting-your-content

  This will create an XML file that you can download and import to your WordPress.org host. Here’s how: https://move.wordpress.com/exportimport-content/

  The XML file does not contain your media library, however will import any media alongside your content so long as your imagesalone.wordpress.com site is public.
