In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:

  That said, it looks like your site may have been set to some kind of “coming soon” status within your Bluehost account; I would definitely recommend checking with them first to find out if you can just set it back to being publicly available, or if they would need to help you restore a backup.
