Content of post erased in "save draft" and "publish" actions
-
My post is not appearing on the page. When I “Save draft” it erases the content (text and media). When I “publish” it erases the content. It always keeps the post title and the tags, but nothing else. Have tried numerous times on different computers. Never happened before, what is it and what do I do?

Hi there,
I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this! It would help me to know a little more about how you are writing your post:
1. What operating system and browser (including the version number) are you using? You mentioned that you tried on different computers, so please let me know if you tried different browsers, as well.
I recommend making sure that you are using the latest version of your browser. You can find most popular browsers here: http://browsehappy.com/
2. When you write the post, what page do you start on and where do you click to create it? Do you preview the post before you publish it?
3. Please try going to Posts > All Posts in your dashboard, and click on the title of the post you created to open the post editor. In the Publish module there, look for the Revisions and click the Browse link. This will let you view all of your previous revisions for that post, including the content you wrote. You can restore an older revision, and we have more information about how that works here: Post Revisions
Hopefully you can restore your post from the previous revision, but either way if you can provide the other information I can help you troubleshoot this and figure out why it’s happening (and how to prevent it!).
