Content on wordpress but not showing up in dashboard when I log in.

    Hi everyone, I accidentally overwrote my current site when I tried to install a new domain onto wordpress from my host Netfirms. I re-installed WordPress on the first site and now when I log into WordPress.com I see the number of posts, pages and comments I had showing up on the main page, but when I log in, there is nothing there. It’s all completely gone.

    What is the best solution for this? Either being able to completely restore my site back to how it was on Friday before I messed everything up or at least recovering my old site data to import to a new site.

    I’m sorry to report that you have accidentally posted to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with that site as it’s not being hosted by WordPress.com and we run on different software. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/
