  Hi,

  Would appreciate the help before I buy E-commerce and business plan.

  I’m planning on starting a website which allow content creators to upload video and charge a fee to members of the public. 01. Is there a facility where I can take a percentage of each video purchase (20% for example). 02. Is there a facility where guests can become members, sign up with credit card details and purchase videos that can be displayed on their own landing page. 03. Member uploads – is there any analytics for them also – earning, views, adjustment of price etc.

  Essentially similar to Youtube in structure I guess. Is this possible in WordPress or do I need to pay for someone to code the site for me?

  Hi there! This feature is not built into WordPress, but WordPress is very extendable, so the question will be whether such a plugin or combination of plugins already exists.

  I’d recommend checking in with WooCommerce presales to see if there’s an existing combination of plugins that would do that. It would likely be a paid extension or combination of extensions:

  You can also search existing plugins at https://wordpress.org/plugins to see if one is already designed in this way.
