Content Really Plays Vital Role?

  Here I want to raise a topic on the significance of the content writing profession? Is it necessary to write the piece of article containing vocabulary which is no understandable or only write the content in simple language? Several times I heard that writing crispy and readable content is good but when it comes to get a job in the field of content writers the HR asks to write the content having vocabulary which is surely not readable rather we have to keep a dictionary to find the meaning.
