We have an existing WP custom theme site and are looking to re launch.
We are concerned about losing content. What level of support do you offer for
moving over to a new site ?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, when you export a site from WordPress to WordPressdotcom, your posts, pages, comments and attached media will be imported. More on the import process here:
https://transferto.wordpress.com/self-hosted-wordpress-org/Sites on the Business plan upgrade can also upload your custom theme, CSS, and install plugins once you add your custom domain. Without the Business plan those items will not move over. Here’s more information about the business plan and our other plans:

However, a paid upgrade gives you access to LiveChat and support by email for asking questions and we also have an extensive Support site as well:
