Content/Side bar issues

    Link to problem site

    Hello,

I’m working on the site (linked here) using the Canape theme. We need to embed dashboards into the site, but it looks like the Canape theme cuts these off. I’ve tried modifying the CSS code from examples online, but nothing seems to work. I would prefer to move everything out, so that the menu is on the far side, and the visual can easily be seen without scrolling.

    Thank you!

  • Hi!

We can absolutely help you sort this out.

However, as that site is on a WordPress.com Pro plan, you should have access to our livechat support team. And contacting them will likely be a faster way of helping you get your site up and running:

Customer support was wonderful! Unfortunately, they couldn’t fix the issue using the current theme. The suggestion was to use another, full page width template instead.

Is it possible to widen this theme, maybe with a new page template?

    Thanks!

  • Hi Angela!

Although there may be a way to widen the theme using custom code, it is out of the scope of support that we provide. Also, I would recommend trying out a theme with an already built-in full width page, as it will most likely provide better results with what you are looking to do with your site.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.
