Content Slider and Side Bar
-
I am using the Forever theme, but I cannot get the content slider to appear. I have uploaded 4 posts with feature images, and made sure they are checked to be sticky, as the theme decription says to do. The slider doesn’t come up and the last 4 posts don’t format in a neat grid below, also in the description.
I also would like to remove the side bar on the right so my content take up the central space on the pages. Right now I have an image, but this is an empty space if I remove that widget.
Help! and Thanks!

Featuring posts in a slider on your home page is easy. You just need sticky posts with Featured Images. Every sticky post you have (up to 10) that has a Featured Image (at least 888 pixels wide) attached will show up there. Note that Optimal size for featured images is: width 888px, height maximum 355px.

To show only your four latest posts (with a Featured Image above each one, of course) in a neat grid on your home page just visit Appearance → Theme Options and click the checkbox there.

That can’t be done without purchasing an annually renewable cusom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing.
