content slider on koi theme

  Hello,
  I want to know if there is a way to add the featured content slider (which a lot of websites have on their home page) to the home page of my blog phorenyatra.wordpress.com
  I am using the Koi Theme and I have not paid for CSS upgrade. I do not intend to pay for the upgrade in the future either. Please let me know. Thanks.
