Content Theft From WordPress

A an outside is stealing content from our blog, and it appears from several others. For example, see http://emortgagerates.net/2008/03/13/investors-need-solid-exit-strategies-%e2%80%93-florida-lessons/.
This is abuse and any email address from emortgagerates.net should be have it’s WordPress account deactivated.

This a wordpress page – should be deleted immediately – it is stealing from several sources.

The Blog is not hosted here at WordPress.COM. You should report them to Google to cancel their AdSense account.

That is not a wordpress.com blog; they are using the wordpress.org software and are self-hosted. You need to contact the blog owner first and if that doesn’t work, contact their host. It’s not hosted by wordpress; they cannot do anything about this.

That blog is not hosted here at wordpress.com, it is a self-hosted blog and no one here can do anything about it. What you need to do is contact the blog owner or their web host. WordPress has no control over self-hosted blogs.

That’s a self-hosted blog using WordPress software and is beyond the reach of wordpress.com. You need to take care of it.
Do a forum search on splog, scrape, DMCA and copyright for further help. There are many, many threads on this topic.
