Content Theft – Unauthorized usage of my Content and Comments

After posting my Blog http://nandalya.wordpress.com/2014/05/15/hilfe-mein-kind-ist-normal/ a nice discussion seemed to get started. Another Blogger highly disagreed with my view which is fine to me. So she created her own Blogpost:
and used parts of my content plus comments i made to others with her writing. I had put a statement at my site that i don’t allow any of that. And no, she did not ask. When i asked her kindly to remove it she denied the request. In my understanding of content theft and laws she has no right to use a. content of my Blog other then putting a Link and b. my comments for her own Blog.

How does that concern wordpress.com support? From what i understand. you are referring to copyright laws in your country (germany), so i guess if you disagree with the person copying your stuff, you need to get a lawyer and go to court. I don’t see how the support could help you with that.

By the way, i just read both articles, and I think that the other person is right and is allowed to use excerpts of your text (which are clearly marked as quotes, a link to your blog is also given) by the german copyright law.

Anyone and everyone can quote you and properly attribute the quote to you ie. to the original source. No copyright violation occurs unless the person tries to pass off your words as their own words and that’s not what happened here at all. gasp0de1312 is IMO correct. You do not have grounds for making a complaint. In any event, these matters are not discussed on public support forums available to everyone with internet access as this one is. My Posting was related to the “Fair Play”-Act as written from WordPress. As far as i understood this was the right way of bringing it up.
Using the comments of others for making them look bad is just lame, childish and bad behavior. And since i use a free Blog i could not use any other form of posting.
@Moderator / Support: Close this thread, delete it, or help me out with an e-mail for a better way of making a complaint.
