Content Website – Domain

  Dear team,

  Last year we had a live website with you under the domain: theheraagency.co

  Now the domain expired and we have a new one we want to use from now on but I can’t find the website anywhere. I can only see the generic WordPress site…now before paying the 96euro for it, is there a way to know that my old website will be back or do I have to start from 0? What are the alternatives?

  Hello! I could not find any history of the theheraagency.co domain being attached to a WordPress.com site so the missing site was most likely hosted elsewhere.

  For reference, there are two versions of WordPress:

  1. The version hosted by us and known as WordPress.com
  2. The self-hosted version known as WordPress.org and likely active on the missing site.

  The generic site you saw is most likely a different site as there is no record of the theheraagency.co domain being attached to it. I recommend reaching out to the theheraagency.co domain registrar (NameCheap) for further guidance on locating the missing site.
