Contents listed on a Page

On a Page that has a number of stories under Heading 2’s, is it possible to have each heading ‘live’ and connected to a list of the stories on the page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can link the Headings to the stories using the post/page editor.Here’s the official support guide to create links:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/links/If you are trying to create links on the same page then follow these:
1. Add a custom and unique id to the each page sections on the HTML tab, like this:<div id="section1">THIS IS SECTION-1</div> <div id="section2">THIS IS SECTION-2</div>2. And then add links to the headings with these unique ID’s:
<a href="#section1">HEADING FOR SECTION-1</a> <a href="#section2">HEADING FOR SECTION-2</a>3. Now if a visitor clicks on the HEADING FOR SECTION-1 link, the page will scroll to the section1 ID and if clicked on HEADING FOR SECTION-2 link, the page will scroll to section2 ID.
