Contents lost when transferred from Live Spaces

my ie was stuck after i typed id and key of my live account and clicked the bottom to get connected my live spaces with wordpress.com.
i shut down the page and opened ie again. though i signed up directly to Worepress.com, i could not find the “connect” bottom to continue transfering my my blog contents from live space.
i wanna keep everything of my blog, any support from the website officers?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

i filled the list and sent already to the support, hoping there is any good news coming after.

This has happened with some transfers where they just get stuck for some reason, but staff can restart things for you.
Also, your stuff is safe so there is no worry about losing it.

so far, i still can’t find my blogs from live spaces…
should i call the support or just wait?

You can’t call them; there is no phone number. Contact them again from your dashboard Help button. And give them the link to this thread, so they see you’ve been trying to get this solved for awhile.

Ugh, I think there is no hope for me transfering my stuff over. the live spaces account doesn’t have any transfer options on it now. I think I waited too long :(

@skampie1976 – did you check the instructions? There seem to be a few things that have confused others on their transfer.

@wendyni533 We emailed you back that same day (3/2) and we’ve emailed you again today with another update. Have those not come through?
At any rate, you can log back in on the Live Spaces and try to re-run things as MS has reset the process from their side.
