Hi there,
I don’t see any transactions on your WordPress.com account for July 14. I see a charge on your account on 16 June 2017 for renewal for a Premium Plan bought by your account for the site, danielunsworthblog.wordpress.com, on 16 July 2016. The name shows as Tang Ying because that is the name on the credit card we have on file for your account, which was added during the purchase last year.
You can see receipts for these transaction in your billing history, here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
If it wasn’t you who made that purchase a year ago, it means someone else had access to your WordPress.com account at that time, and possibly to your credit card information as that card did not exist on our system before June 2016.
If you didn’t want to renew the upgrade, or if it was purchased without your knowledge, you could have contacted us for a full refund, but as you instead contested the charge with your credit card company, those funds are frozen until our payment processor conclude their investigation. The site has also been frozen pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can see our full policy on chargebacks and disputes here:
