Continually Loosing connection and getting 403 notice

  Already years I use WordPress and since it got the Two Way authentication I also stepped into that way of connecting for my different sites. Since June 2019 I continually get loosing connection and every so many minutes I need to reconnect by the Two Way authentication. (In case I forgot to check the connection with WordPress, though I kept my internet connection, I risk and had already some of my writings lost))

  403 errors are almost always caused by issues where you’re trying to access something that you don’t have access to. Have a look at this link : https://www.lifewire.com/403-forbidden-error-explained-2617989. It might be of help to you to understand the cause and how to fix that error.

  Also, trying to refresh the cache can help : https://www.refreshyourcache.com/
