Continue managed wordpress without domain name
-
I’m getting older and confused. I had a wordpress domain that I don’t want to use anymore but I want to continue to use managed wordpress.org with GoDaddy. The domain I don’t want it meshtroubles.com. The managed wordpress is at pelvicmeshownersguide.com.
I also want to open a new page on a different topic and use wordpress.org. Is there a way to piggy-back the cost on to the one I have or do I have to set up a new account fo r that?
Why can’t I contact WORDPRESS without going through the cumbersome process of sorting through a forum? Maybe I’m just being aged out.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Perhaps you aren’t logged in to the right account to reach meshtroubles.com (which expires shortly).
Personally, if I wanted to keep it simple because I’m getting old and confused (which I am) I’d want my site(s) here at WordPress.com where things can be as simple as you wish, rather than the hassle of “self-hosting”.
Anyway this thread has been tagged to see if a member of staff can help you close the domain and any account you may have here. Good luck with the “org”. -
Hi, do you need to make changes to meshtroubles.com? If so, can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to manage that domain.
The other domain, pelvicmeshownersguide.com, is not hosted here and has not been. GoDaddy could tell you whether you can add a separate site to your account there.

To contact direct support for the WordPress.com service, you’d need to be logged into an account that has one of these paid hosting plans:
https://wordpress.com/pricing/The payments help cover the cost of tech support and hosting and what not.
Please note, if you’re running your own copies of WordPress through GoDaddy, you would not have access to our direct support, as your sites would not be hosted here. The free software is different from our service, in much the same way a recipe is different from a restaurant.
I agree with @themagicrobot — if you’d like direct support and to avoid having to worry about anything technical, we’d recommend hosting the sites here. Although, if GoDaddy is offering managed hosting you could work with them directly, too.
