Continued charges to my bank accounts from WP-Fee.com

    So…

In the past three months close to $300 has been charged to my back account from WP-Fee.com.

Since you, WordPress, do not offer phone support, I’m stuck using email to take care of this.

While many of your customers may have $300 to flush down the water pipes, I do not.

Contacting me ASAP would be a very good idea.

  • It looks like we’re already working with you on this via email.

Please reply to the email we sent you this morning and we’ll continue there.

There is no transaction number due to the fact that the charges come to my bank with **no record** on my account. They are fraudulent charges from WP-FEE.COM.

In the last few months I’ve had to cancel two bank accounts, dealt with late payments, and become entirely unhappy with the fact that my attorney, my bank and my business coach find it very odd that you offer NO phone support.

I will continue my social media “protest” of your company until someone calls me. Trust me, I’ve left enough messages in the last 2.5 months that someone there have my number memorized.

  • Again, please reply to the email that Carolyn sent you two days ago.

For your protection, we do not handle transaction disputes on the public forums.

I have replied to Carolyn, as well as sent notices to my bank, my attorney and the BBB.

My only request was that someone from your company pick up the phone and give me a call.

Also, I think it is poor practice for a company to ask for their clients bank account numbers.

  • Thank you, we’ll reply via email shortly.

Also, we never once asked for your bank account number. For the sake of public clarification, we asked for the billing name on the account that was charged and the dates and amounts of the charges.
