Continued Difficulty Transferring Domain to WordPress.com/hosting

I’ve been trying – unsuccessfully – now for almost a week to transfer my domain to WordPress.com/hosting. I’ve done everything that has been requested by my domain provider. My domain provider – WPX – now asks that I contact you guys to see if there is anything on your part you can do to expedite this process. I need some help please!

Looking at your thread you had last week, it looks like you still haven’t started the process to transfer your domain.
Specifically, your transfer is
pending_start. This means that while you bought the transfer here you have not yet completed the steps to start the transfer. This is not something we can do for you.NOTE: The domain transfer purchase was made under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into. You need to log into the correct account, then you can follow the steps here to get that started:

I just clicked on the https link you’ve provided above and entered my domain name (kurt-b-ellis.com). I get the following message.
kurt-b-ellis.com is pending transfer and can’t be connected to WordPress.com right now.

Yes, that step is done, but you’ll need to follow the rest of the steps detailed at https://wordpress.com/support/incoming-domain-transfer/
You’ll also need to be logged in as the WordPress.com account that purchased the domain transfer, which is not the account you’re currently logged in as.
First, log out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me and log in under the email address to which the receipt was sent.

I’ve logged out and am now back into the correct account. When I go to Domain section and put in my domain name I get the following error message: t is undefined.
I have not yet purchased WordPress.com.
How do I set up a domain before I do a purchase?Also at WPX, I completed the following steps last week.
Unlocked domain
Obtain authorization code – WHICH I HAVE NOT BEEN PROMPTED TO GIVE TO WORDPRESS.COM
Updated name servers to point to WordPress.com
nsl.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.com
Privacy is turned off -
You need a WordPress.com site to attach your domain to, and the site needs a paid Pro plan to make everything work.

From there, since you’ve already mapped the domain to WordPress.com by purchasing Pro which also canceled your pending domain transfer, you need to click here to start the transfer again:

I’ve completed the transfer and my website using my domain is up & available. However, oddly, I was not asked to give an EPP code. So I think I am good to go for now. Thank you for your assistance.
