  I have decommissioned my site: http://www.globalspecialcolleges.com long back. Its hosting is not there. I even disabled all notifications from wordpress.com. But still every day i get mails for this site from wordpress.com.

  I no longer want any mail regarding this site. But i can’t find any setting where to do it.
  If you can please help me in it.

  Is it possible that the deleted site was connected to your WordPressdotcom account via Jetpack? If so, please see how to disconnect it https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/

  In case that is not the issue, please return here and add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar for Staff assistance.

  I as able to use the section “remove an active Jetpack site from your WordPress.com account” from the above link you have provided.

  Hope it will work. Will wait for few more days. If i didn’t get any more alert mail, then can be sure it worked.
