Contract Page appearing in menu?

    Hello, I have updated my menu via appearance>customise> menu multiple times but it has no affect on my website menu. I cannot organise the menu pages in order, AND now I have a page that should not be appearing in my menu (contract page). I have not ticked the box ‘automatically add top level pages’ so I know this is an error. How can this be fixed? Why do I have zero control over my menu? Thanks
