Contributor Can’t See Their Scheduled Post

    A contributor needs to review her post that I have scheduled. But for some reason, it won’t let them. They sent a screen shot of their dashboard and it shows there is one scheduled post, but they can’t view. Is this normal?

    Hi there!

    That is expected behavior, a Contributor can create and edit only their own posts, but cannot publish them.
    Once a Contributor’s post is approved and published (or scheduled) by an Administrator, it can no longer be edited by the Contributor.
    If you’d like to give them more agency, you can try modifying their role to an Author instead.
