"contributor" post settings

  There are “contributors” on this blog. They do not see the “add media” button on their “new post” form. (I do see it on mine as i am an administrator). How do they add images to their new posts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Contributors do not have the permission to upload images to your website:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

  If you want these writers to be able to add media, you should make them Authors on rugradstudent.wordpress.com/.
