Contributor role

Hello, I’ve installed Role manager to edit contributor role, but there’s a thing I still don’t succeed : is it possible to let the contributor read every post waiting for validation ?
Basically I am a teacher and I’d like to do a collaborative class blog with my students, everyone of them will have a contributor account but I’d love to let them read each other posts even before I validate it.
Is it possible ?Thanks previously, and sorry for my poor english.
