contributor to administrator

  Hi I need export this blog to change it to wordpress.org, I know how I have to do it, but don´t let me the option of export inside my tools, also I have noticed that left me more options on the left side from my panel administration ( I think that is because I appear as contributor instead of administrator) I have received two times the invitation to admin the blog but continue without appears the options that I need.

  Could some one help me??

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and export content out of it.

  Hi

  Thanks for your quick answer, my blog appears but my role continue as contributor and in the all the blogs appear as administrator and I have accepted the invitation two times

  Hi Gabriella,

  As Timethief mentioned, you will need to be an admin on the blog in order to export it. Currently, you are a contributor, which doesn’t present the option to export. In order to upgrade your user account on the blog from contributor to administrator, the request would need to come from the current owner/administrator on the account.

  Could you submit a request from that account or ask the owner of that account to submit a request to bump you to admin level?
