Contributors accepted invitation but don't show up in contributor & author list

  Hi,
  same problem as here : https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/contributors-accepted-invitation-but-dont-show-up-in-contributor-author-list?replies=8

  I have invited lieutenantcolumbo94 to join the blog as contributor.

  In my invitations list he now have the status “accepted”.

  However, he doesn’t show in the users list, nor in the list of the author widget.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
