Contributors Posts (can't find them)?

  How do I find my contributors posts? I have users who are contributors with only access to create and edit their own posts until the admin publishes. They have created a post for me to edit but I can’t seem to find it or know where to go to find their post so I can edit their post. How does this process work?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any posts on your blog at pzazzd.com that were written by your contributors. What is the title or content of the post that your contributors created?

  It’s possible the contributors wrote and saved the post on a different blog, instead of your blog at pzazzd.com, by mistake. They’ll need to make sure that your blog is the one selected when they’re writing the post in the post editor, so it’s saved in the right place for you to review it.

  If you can tell me more about the post you’re looking for, I can confirm if that’s what happened here and help straighten that out. :)

  Greetings, I put in a support request 10 days ago and never received a response. I would like to know the chain of command as to who to contact regarding support. I paid for a service that I’m not receiving and this does not sit too well with me. I first have a problem with having to email for support opposed to receiving live support. Secondly, I dont get a response when i do put in a request. Please direct me to the necessary parties regarding my account. Is there a complaint department? Is there a department head or an owner we can talk to? Thank you kindly
