control "blog at wordpress.com" text at bottom of page

  I set up a blog on wordpress.com, bought the 18 dollar domain, and started setting up pages. Sometimes the pages say “Create a free blog at wordpress.com” at the bottom, and sometimes they say “Blog at WordPress.com.” I’d like to have them all have the second option, but how do I control which appears? I haven’t purchased a plan that allows me to do custom css, so unfortunately that’s not an option.
