Control/remove old blog
-
About 10 years ago I wrote some blog entries on a wordpress site I set up. Today I got a comment on one of them and the system e-mailed me. I have no idea what the login is. I got the message from the site when someone commented so it has my e-mail. How do I get control? All I want to do is shut it down.
The support system expects me to have details I have no hope of finding so it’s useless. There appears to be no way to speak to a human about it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The blog I need help with is not that one. I don’t know what that is. The system seems to have become confused. I can log in to WordPress and I can reset my password. It then sends me to that site which is just some kind of template. The actual blog is another one called Zaxafratl.

Hi there,
It seems like you were able to log into your account. Now the only thing you might need to do is to switch sites. If you have multiple sites, you can switch sites and then make the other one private or empty it.
Have you tried this:
Switch Site
If you have more than one site, you’ll see My Sites instead of My Site in your Admin bar. You can switch to another site you own or manage from My Sites.

1. Click on My Sites.
2. Click Switch Site.
3. Select the site you want to edit from the listLet me know if this helped!
