controlling automatic emails to subscribers

    Currently my news site automatically emails posts to subscribers as soon as they post. But I’m trying to add older stories that I had on another platform to the site.
    I am back dating the stories to when they first ran, but I don’t want readers getting a notification as if these are new stories.
    How do I access these controls so I can decide which stories generate notifications and which don’t?

    Hi there,

    If you’re using Jetpack’s email subscription feature, you can just switch that Jetpack module off, then switch it back on after you’ve added the backdated posts.
