controlling email flows

  I received this reply…After I initially commented I appear to have clicked on
  the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from
  now on each time a comment is added I receive four emails with the exact same comment.
  Is there a means you can remove me from that service?

  The email should have at the bottom in small type – some sort of link to the effect of Remove from list, Unsubscribe, Manage Subscriptions or words to that effect – if it is for someone that has subscribed to something from your own blog – they need to click on the link – there is no way for an Admin on a blog here to remove someone from a subscription list
