controlling widget fonts without CSS option

  I have a WP.com account with none of the optional goodies-no CSS control, no nothing-and I would like to find a way to control the fonts on titles of text and RSS widgets so they match my theme (in this case, Pressrow).

  Any ideas on how this can be done?
