Conversion issues: my images look like crap

I just finished migration from http://gruselfilm.spaces.live.com to http://christinastorm.wordpress.com. All content migrated fine, but the layout looks like garbage. I had my photographs very nicely arranged in all my articles and now they look terrible. What am I supposed to do to get this back to normal?
I don’t even get to open the published articles with Windows Live Writer! If I could open them, I could manually rearrange them. I am not looking forward to it, but I am willing to give it a shot.
