  how can i convert my free wordpress blog into a free wordpress website with same username ‘discoverthelaw’ without making a new website

  You haven’t started your new site yet so it can be anything you want it to be. If you don’t intend posting regularly with a blog page as the home page then instead create a static front page and add further pages/a menu as necessary.
