Convert a website content to wordpress.com

I have a site that I created in the no longer supported iWeb software and uploaded to an ISP. I would like to integrate its content into a WordPress.com blog. Is there any way to do that, short of simply copying everything into the WP template?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

1. Can you create an XML export file of the content?
2. Does the site where the content is situate now have an RSS feed?
